Nintendo dominating German charts

13 Jul 2007 10:37

Dr Kawashima's Brain Training for Nintendo DS is very popular If you are of a superstitious nature, today may prove to be rather troubling, being that it is Friday 13th.

However, if such numerical nuances have about as much of an impact on you as the decision between tea and coffee for that first caffeine hit of the day, then you needn't worry about being plagued by bad luck - and can merrily read your way through some smashing techie news!

Such as, the latest games charts from Germany, which are currently being dominated by all things Nintendo.

Dr Kawashima's Brain Training for Nintendo DS is sitting comfortably at number three, More Brain Training from Dr Kawashima is at number two, and Mario Party 8 is at the top. And, as Gamesindustry.biz reports, all of these games have been there for two whole weeks.

They are ahead of similarly popular games, such as The Sims H&M: Fashion Accessories at number four, Sony's SingStar Pophits at number five and the Xbox 360 title Overlord at number six.

Another cracking game, Resident Evil 4: Wii Edition, is also doing well and is currently placed at number seven, while World of Warcraft at number eight.

And just so you get a full round-up, the ninth and tenth slots are taken up by Warcraft expansion pack The Burning Crusade and Animal Crossing: Wild World respectively.
